When I have availability to take on more orders, I will release these in my online store. There is a limited number of spaces available, so they do tend to sell out quickly!

Can I come up with my own design?
I am open to working with you to create a design that you love.
Due to the small space that there is to work on, I ask people to please keep in mind that the simpler the design, the better. You can also select a design that I have done previously and make alterations to it.

Do you provide the boots?
Customers must provide their own boots as I do not sell them.
Brand new boots are not a requirement, however I do ask that all boots are cleaned of dirt and mud prior to being sent to me. If you do choose to purchase brand new boots then you can have them shipped directly to me, but please ensure that your name is on the parcel so that I know who the boots are for.


What is your pricing scale?
My pricing is fixed at $270 per pair of boots (the two exterior panels). This covers the cost of any administration fees, labour and materials.


How can I get my boots to you?
Postage is the best way to get your boots to me. Postage is paid for by the customer ($20 standard postage and $25 express within Australia) but if you are located within the Hobart area, it is an option to drop off and pick up from my home
(I do not organise to meet elsewhere). I will ship your boots back to you in a home compostable post bag.

Can I recreate one of your designs?
The short answer is no.
My designs are all original designs and I do not consent with any of my designs being copied or recreated. This is my own intellectual property and I ask that people respect this.

Terms and Conditions:
- I do not embroider animals or vehicles.
- I only accept orders within Australia and New Zealand.
- I will work closely with you to create a design that you love, however I reserve the right to decline any work that doesn’t align with my skill level, my ethos or my branding. I also will not plagiarise another artists work.
- When posting your boots, please keep in mind that it could take up to 4-6weeks before they are returned to you.
- I am unable to take responsibility for boots lost in transit.
- Due to the nature of embroidering on elastic, and the hand stitched nature of my work, it is impossible for designs to be identical or to recreate identical replicas of previous designs.
- If you decide to make changes to the design after it is stitched, this will be done at an additional cost.
- I do reserve the right to decline any work that doesn’t align with my skill level, branding or capacity. Any alterations to the design once completed can be made at an additional cost to the customer.
